"Frida Kahlo: Blood and Gold" , a dance and music performance at Tucson Botanical Gardens

Tucson's longtime modern dance troupe, ZUZI! Dance has joined forces with Tucson Botanical Garden, 2150 N. Alvernon Way, for a production inspired by the Garden's ongoing "Frida Kahlo: Art, Garden, Life" exhibit, this Friday, May 26th.
The performance will include a healthy mix of dance, visual arts, spoken word and live music, all relating to Kahlo, her love Diego Rivera, and her Mexican heritage.
Featured dancers: Aarlin Murrieta Acuna, Sabrina Geoffrion, Bethanne Griffin, Karenne Koo, Sherry Mulholland, Aja Squires, and Cynthia Wasco.
Musical performers: Pablo Peregrina, Sally Withers and Glenn Weyant.
