"Frida-Viva la vida", a docu-film by Giovanni Troilo

In preview at the 37th Torino Film Festival and as exclusive in the Italian theaters on 25th, 26th, 27th November "Frida-Viva la vida" is an Ialian docu-film dedicated to Frida Kahlo.
The film highlights the two souls of Frida Kahlo: on one side the icon, pioneer of contemporary feminism, tormented by physical pain, and on the other the artist free from the constraints of a tortured body.
Through letters, diaries and private confessions, the documentary directed by Giovanni Troilo proposes a trip into the heart of Mexico divided into six chapters, alternating exclusive interviews, documents of the time, suggestive reconstructions tha allow a deep immersion in the works of Kahlo.
